How to Reserve Booth Space

1. Step 1: Review the Exhibitor Packet
   The 2026 Exhibitor Packet includes full details on booth options, upgrades, rules and regulations, and sponsorship opportunities.
2. Step 2: Member Discounts
   BABRM members should contact buildandremodel@ashevillehba.com to receive their member discount before submitting payment.
3. Step 3: Register Online

4. Step 4: Select Your Booth
   Choose your preferred booth(s) directly from the interactive floor plan. Multiple selections may be made and adjusted prior to checkout.
5. Step 5: Complete Registration
   Full payment is required at the time of application to reserve space. If an application is not approved, payment will be promptly refunded.
6. Step 6: Confirmation
   Expo Management will confirm booth placement within 48 business hours.
